Sacred Pleasures is a space for personal transformation, radical self-expression and deep connection. Here you can experience different aspects of sexuality, integrate them and grow from them; and connect with other people in the wider sex-positive tribe.

We sometimes joke that we bring the woo-woo and the juju together. Our aim is to support people to develop in the areas they feel less experienced in – for spiritual seekers to move into the body and guilt-free pleasure, and for pleasure seekers to develop more awareness and presence.

We want to integrate sexuality from all areas in the spectrum including BDSM, Tantra and conscious sexuality, to create more awareness and ultimately more bliss. We welcome all genders and orientations into our space to create an environment of acceptance and understanding.

As well as body and heart related matters, we also look at the soul and encourage spiritual practice through the body. To do this we draw on aspects of Shamanism, Paganism, Hinduism, Buddism, Christianity and welcome all other traditions, then combine them with our sexual practices to create something ecstatic and transformative.

Combining body, heart and soul is an avenue you can grow through, and personal development and transformation are important aspects of this journey. Our aim is to support you (and ourselves) to become more conscious and aware, sex positive and truly open minded.

In order to do this we hold events that encourage community and open friendliness in learning. Through weekends like Smörgåsbord we create a permissive atmosphere where you have space to grow (and we can hold all the pain that can come with this). We also promote individual sessions in which we can offer personal guidance, experiences and individually tailored learning.
