Capacity: the Boudoir is ideal for 1, 2 or 3 clients for private sessions, or 6-8 people for group play. The main space is suitable for 16 participants and 2-3 facilitators.
Hours: the number of hours means hours of contact time with clients / workshop hours. Additional time for set-up and tidy-up is included. For workshops longer than 8 hours in the Main Space, please enquire about discounted rates.
Joint bookings: we offer a discount of £20 when both spaces are hired at the same time.
Availability: both spaces are often available at short notice for weekday daytime bookings. For weekday evenings we usually recommend 2-3 weeks notice. Weekend availability is quite limited and we are generally booked up a month or two in advance – please contact us as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Weekend surcharge: there is usually a surcharge for weekend bookings in the Main Space. This varies according to the length and type of workshop.
Booking process: for bookings of 4 hours or less, full payment must be made upfront. For whole day and multi-day bookings 50% of the fee is paid upfront and the balance is paid on the day. Booking fees are generally non-refundable, though we are flexible under particular circumstances.
