Event details

We will email you with key information in advance of every event. If you don’t see the message please check your spam / junk folders.

You are responsible for letting us know if you haven’t received the event information. Please do so by emailing info@sacredpleasures.co.uk at least 5 days before the event.

Arrival time

Our events begin strictly at the time indicated on the website and/or the booking page. You must arrive on time, please ensure you are able to do so before booking. If you are late, you will not be able to take part in the course or event.

For sessions, you forfeit the time missed if you are late.


Full attendance is mandatory at workshops. The reason for this is twofold. Firstly, we often build on things we have learned previously, so to miss a chunk means that later parts of the workshop may not make sense. Secondly, we aim to create a trusting community of people with shared vulnerability and shared journeys. If someone is absent from part of this process it can be difficult for them to feel part of the group, and also for the group to trust them. For Smörgåsbord, the socialising on Saturday evening is optional, but the full workshop through the day is mandatory


You are responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional and sexual well-being and safety during any Sacred Pleasures course, event or individual session. This includes notifying us of any health conditions that may impact on others or your safe participation. Likewise, you are responsible for your own safe practice at our events.

Any activity you choose to participate in is deemed to take place between consenting adults. No liability can be accepted by Sacred Pleasures for your well-being and safety.


Sacred Pleasures does not tolerate any form of aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards our teachers, venue staff, volunteers or other participants. Any such behaviour will be addressed and if not rectified immediately will result in you being asked to leave.

Refunds & Cancellations

If you are no longer able to attend an event or session you have booked, please email us as soon as you know. In this case our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 2 weeks before the event – 80% refund
  • Between 2 weeks and 1 week before the event – 40% refund
  • In the week of the event – no refund

If we have to cancel an event, we’ll return your booking fee in full. We aim to give you at least one week’s notice if that happens, and where we can, we’ll offer you alternative dates or courses.


In general we exclude people only if they breach our terms and conditions or fail to comply with our ethics. However we reserve the right to exclude anyone from attending our events or seeing our practitioners, without stating the reasons for doing so.

Your information

By booking your place at a Sacred Pleasures event, you give us such information as is necessary for the booking. As part of your booking we subscribe you to our mailing list, from which you can unsubscribe at any time. We safeguard your information as much as possible, but we do not offer any legal warranty that your information is secure.

Lost property

You are responsible for taking home everything you brought with you to an event, workshop or individual session. If however you leave something behind, please be in touch with us as soon as possible to let us know. Our policy is to keep lost property for one month and then donate or recycle it.
